Grandlink LLC is a New York–based private car service company specializing in airport transfers, business charter, and city-to-city transportation. We serve New York City (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Flushing) and New Jersey.
All rides are private — no shared vehicles, no rideshare pools. Each booking is a dedicated vehicle and driver assigned exclusively to the customer.
Founded to serve the Chinese-speaking community in New York, Grandlink offers bilingual support (Chinese and English) and has expanded to serve all customers across the New York metropolitan area.
Grandlink operates 24/7. Bookings can be submitted online at any time.

How Online Booking Works

1. Get an instant quote
Enter pickup address, drop-off address, date, time, and number of passengers. The system returns an exact fare immediately based on distance, time of day, vehicle type, and applicable surcharges.
2. Confirm trip details
Review the full fare breakdown before paying — base fare, surcharges (peak hour, Manhattan, NJ bridge), tax, and credit card fee are all shown clearly.
3. Secure payment
Payment is processed via Stripe. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Customers pay before the trip; no cash on-day payments.
4. Order confirmation
An email confirmation is sent immediately after payment. The confirmation includes trip details, driver contact information, and order reference number.
5. Manage orders
Customers can view and manage their orders at grandlink.co/account/orders after creating an account or logging in via email or social login.

All fares are in USD. Final fare is calculated and shown to the customer before payment. Grandlink does not charge cancellation fees for cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup.
