Where to meet your driver at LaGuardia: pickup points for Terminals A, B and C
Updated
LaGuardia was rebuilt from the ground up and each terminal now collects passengers somewhere different — Terminal B not at the kerb but on Level 2 of its garage.
The signage is clear: 'Ride App Pick Up' and 'Car Services' point to the same place.
What to do after landing (all three terminals)
Collect your bags, clear the terminal, then follow the airport's 'Ride App Pick Up' or 'Car Services' signs to the pickup area and wait at the numbered spot on your booking or the one your driver gives you.
Once you are there, contact your driver and say which numbered spot you are at. The car is usually with you in about ten minutes.
Allow a little longer when several flights land together or the airport has traffic control in force. Your driver stays in contact throughout.
Terminal A

How to find and contact your driver
Once you are at the pickup area, contact your driver using the details on your booking and say which numbered spot you are at. The driver will tell you the vehicle type, colour and the last digits of the plate.
Check the plate before you get in. The driver loads the bags.
You can contact the driver in Chinese. Chinese-speaking chauffeurs are available but not guaranteed on every booking, which is why the trip details are written into the booking in advance rather than left to a conversation at the kerb.
Flight delays, free waiting and overtime
We wait. With a flight number on the booking, the driver is scheduled against the actual landing time — no rebooking, no change fee.
Airport pickups include 90 minutes of free waiting, counted from the moment the aircraft lands, not from the time you originally booked. Immigration queues, baggage reclaim and customs all happen inside that window.
Beyond the free allowance it is $1 per minute, collected in person by the driver and never added to the online bill.
This depends on us being able to reach you. If the free waiting runs out and there is still no contact, the driver may leave and the trip counts as a no-show.
